How to simulate ldap request to identity provider from inside the oauth pod using curl
Issue
- it's useful to simulate ldap request that identity provider is doing using curl, for troubleshooting purposes. In 4.16 and more recent versions, ldap and ldaps protocols have been disabled in libcurl.
Environment
- Red Hat Openshift Container Platform 4.14
- Red Hat Openshift Container Platform 4.15
NOTE: from Red Hat Openshift Container Platform 4.16 and on, libcurl inside the pod does not support ldap / ldaps protocols for security reasons.
