How to rotate JBoss EAP server.log at AM and PM

Issue

• JBoss EAP logs AM PM rotation.
• We would like to rotate the logs to AM and PM, like at 12:00 noon a new server.log should start. We have looked in to this configuration setting in standalone.xml to rotate the logs every AM and PM:

 <file relative-to="jboss.server.log.dir" path="server.log"/>
                <suffix value=".yyyy-MM-dd-a"/>
                <append value="true"/>
