APIcast operator image version 0.5.3 is missing from the registry

Issue

When trying to install the operator Red Hat Integration - 3scale APIcast gateway (version 0.5.3) on OCP4.X it is trying to pull the image registry.redhat.io/3scale-amp2/apicast-rhel7-operator@sha256:ccd64090b85536ddaf1b81ca07d40279c9f277b1c5911628f11d678b98dc3bad that is missing from the registry. It makes the operator installation/update to fail with the following error:

Back-off pulling image "registry.redhat.io/3scale-amp2/apicast-rhel7-operator@sha256:ccd64090b85536ddaf1b81ca07d40279c9f277b1c5911628f11d678b98dc3bad"
