Ability to disable "quarkus.kerberos.enabled" authentication at runtime in Quarkus

Issue

Currently, disabling the Kerberos extension is a build-time property quarkus.kerberos.enabled. Whenever we want to disable Kerberos, we need to modify the application and rebuild it.
