Installing rhc-worker-playbook throws a package conflict error

Issue

When installing dependencies for RHC client, a conflict with package dependencies causes an error and prevent the installation to proceed.

# dnf -y install ansible rhc-worker-playbook
Updating Subscription Management repositories.

Error: 
 Problem: package rhc-worker-playbook-0.1.8-1.el8.x86_64 requires ansible-core, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package ansible-core-2.12.2-3.1.el8.x86_64 conflicts with ansible < 2.10.0 provided by ansible-2.9.27-1.el8ae.noarch
  - cannot install the best candidate for the job
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages or '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
