APIcast access log timestamp - milliseconds pecision and time zone offset
Issue
- In APIcast access log the time stamp is of the form ([13/Aug/2021:10:00:40 +0000]) . The time seems to be rounded to second values and we always get +0000 instead of milliseconds.
- How do we get timestamps with millisecond precision for API calls that take milliseconds ?
