Unable to 'put' new files to tftp server

Issue

• On starting up the tftp.service able to get the files but unable to put files.

# tftp x.x.x.x -v -c put cron_execution 
Connected to x.x.x.x (x.x.x.x), port 69
putting cron_execution to x.x.x.x:cron_execution [netascii]
Error code 1: File not found

• The get command works fine

# tftp x.x.x.x -v -c get enc_cron
Connected to x.x.x.x (x.x.x.x), port 69
getting from x.x.x.x:enc_cron to enc_cron [netascii]
