Locale C.iso8859 is not set correctly on the system
Issue

The variable LC_ALL is set and exported to a value that is not installed

The variable is set to C.iso8859 which is even not installable because doesn't exists, and the following is shown when the variable is exported:
-bash: warning: setlocale: LC_ALL: cannot change locale (C.iso8859): No such file or directory
