Cannot see logs on all pods and cannot rsh to pod if there are nodes NotReady

Issue

• oc logs, oc rsh and oc exec to a pod don't work although the pod runs fine.
• There are nodes in NotReady status
• The error messages in "Diagnostic Steps" section are shown (this is important, because if these errors are not shown, this solution doesn't apply)
