Why is my playbook failing to find a community.general module that was working previously?
Issue
- My playbook is failing to find a module in the community.general collection that was working previously.
- Our ansible tower instance(s) for some reason can no longer recognize collections pulled from ansible-galaxy.
Environment
- Ansible Tower <= 3.8
- community.general collection version 5.0
