MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume "kube-api-access-xxxx" : configmap "xxxx.crt" not found when upgrading to OCP 4.8
Issue
- After upgrading from OCP 4.6 to 4.8, some pods were unable to start because configmap "kube-root-ca.crt" was missing.
