URL-encoded characters are not evaluated correctly in APIcast
Issue
- Mapping rules defined with percent URL-encoded characters are not matched when a request is sent to APIcast and result in
No Mapping Rule matchedresponses. - Backends fail to match when their Public URLs are defined with percent URL-encoded characters and
404 Not Foundis returned.
