How to expose an Ingress router with a specific IP address

Issue

  • When the Ingress Controller is deployed with spec.endpointPublishingStrategy.type: LoadBalancerService (default on cloud platforms) the IP address to the LoadBalancer service is assigned by the cloud platform and is not possible to define one beforehand.
