AMQ 7: many files in the paging/ directory, even though no address appears to be paging
Issue
Many paging files are present in the paging/ directory, but the console shows that no address is paging, and broker memory usage is minimal.
Environment
- Red Hat AMQ
- 7.0 - 7.10
It is likely that later versions are also affected.
