Nginx zero-day vulnerability with LDAP

Issue

We have been reported with a zero day vulnerability on nginx webserver having nginx-1.18.0-1.el7.ngx.x86_64 installed.
We want know whether nginx with version 1.18 could be impacted with this vulnerability.
Also need to know if servers with different nginx version are impacted or not.
