Customise Alert notification for buyer when usage is near 100% of the limit
Issue
The template email is the same for all the applications. At this moment, all users receive the same alert regardless the application plan or service they are subscribed.
Can we change the content of the email to be different depending on the Application plan? We want to redirect the user to the most appropriate channel depending on the application plan of its application.
