SNMP daemon crashes with error netsnmp_prefix_listen: Recieve failed. Exiting threads.
Issue
Current version of snmpd in RHEL 5 crashes shortly after starting up with the following message:
snmpd[xxxx]: netsnmp_prefix_listen: Recieve failed. Exiting thread
