system-config-lvm stopped working after applying security patch.

Issue

  • After applying security patch command system-config-lvm throws below error.
[root@hostname ~]# system-config-lvm
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/sbin/system-config-lvm", line 34, in <module>
    import gtk
  File "/usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/gtk-2.0/gtk/__init__.py", line 40, in <module>
    from gtk import _gtk
ImportError: /usr/lib64/libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0: undefined symbol: _XGetRequest
