Getting warning AMQ222186: unable to authorise cluster control in AMQ broker while configuring HA on Openshift/Kubernetes.

Issue

• A Master and Slave HA setup for Redhat AMQ 7.8.2, 1 master and 1 slave broker on seperate pods in Openshift/Kubernetes. If configured it in "static" clustering configuration and also provided the cluster user and password for the broker.

• When we start the master and slave broker, we are getting the below warning continuously in the master broker. When the master shutdown's, the same warning is written in the slave's log.
