Unable to start database due to lock issues with error - "Linux-x86_64 Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable"
Issue
- Database does not start on DB server due to lock issues. Need review from OS perspective. Filesystems are mounted as nfs shares from Netapp nas filer. Issue started as mounts were missing, Rebooted the server to get mounts back, but database is not starting now..

ORA-27086: unable to lock file - already in use
