Failed to Install Enhanced Entitlements Reporting to our satellite
Issue
Install SAM using Red Hat satellite 5.6 installation guide chapter 4.4 instructions.
All steps went fine until I get to chapter 4.4.5.
1. Log in to your Subscription Asset Manager as an administrative user.
When I point my browser to https://myserver/sam I get error:
Service Temporarily Unavailable
when I check status on server all services is not running:
# katello-service status
tomcat6 (pid 13135) is running... [ OK ]
httpd (pid 13465) is running...
mongod dead but pid file exists
thumbslug (pid 13318) is running...
elasticsearch (pid 12930) is running...
katello is not running.
delayed_job is not running.
delayed_job_monitor is not running.
Environment
- Red Hat Satellite 5.6
- Subscription Asset Manager 1.3
