The machine-os-content image mirror failure with an error "manifest invalid: manifest invalid"
Issue
- In a disconnected environment, OpenShift repository mirroring fails in an image named machine-os-content with an error
manifest invalid: manifest invalid. - With OCP 4.8 or earlier, mirroring works but not with OCP 4.9.
