Why does the kdump (crash) kernel initrd have to be rebuilt, on adding 'extra_modules' option in '/etc/kdump.conf' ?
Issue
When the 'extra_modules' option is used in the '/etc/kdump.conf' file, it forces a rebuild of the kdump (crash) kernel. Why is this necessary ?

- kexec-tools package
