Libvirtd service fails to start with error "failed to load module libvitr_storage_backend /lib/libstdc++.so.6: version 'CXXABI_1.3.7'"

Issue

After RHEL update it is not possible to list the virtual machines using virsh list --all.
It is also not possible to connect to qemu-kvm connection in Virtual Machine Manager.
The libvirtd service fails to start with following error in the /var/log/messages
