Unable to manually export display from localhost to VNC session

Issue

When trying to export DISPLAY from a local RHEL7 system to the remote VNC server(running on RHEL6) using the following command, It's working fine. But, this step is not working for RHEL9.
```
DISPLAY=RHEL6_IP:VNCDISPLAYID, 
```
