Removed Javascript contents from "Free Layout Web Content" nodetype when it's saved in Site Publisher 5.1.1

Issue

When we create a content of type Free Layout Web Content and add some Javascript to the body of the HTML part of the content, it gets removed after we save the content. How to fix it?
