Is it mandatory to use custom label for automatically allocating systemreserved values for worker nodes RHOCP 4

Issue

• Is it really need to create a custom label as suggested in official docs procedure for automatically system-reserved values?
• As part of automatic system-reserved prerequisites, a custom label custom-kubelet: small-pods has been created. However, that is not being used anywhere in the procedure. So the question is, Why is the custom label created, and if that is even needed for allocating system-reserved to the worker nodes?
