GitOps Operator removes "managed-by" label when ArgoCD instance is removed
Issue
- The GitOps Operator removes the
argocd.argoproj.io/managed-bylabels from all namespaces once the ArgoCD instance is removed. - This label cannot be added by regular users (since it requires special privileges) and prohibits re-deploying a new ArgoCD instance.
