Uninstalling the OpenShift Data Foundation Logical Volume Manager Operator

Issue

When the OpenShift Data Foundation Logical Volume Manager operator is uninstalled, the lvm resources created on the node are not cleaned up . The resources on the node need to be removed manually after uninstalling the operator.

Environment

OpenShift Data Foundation Logical Volume Manager operator deployed on a Single Node Openshift cluster and configured to create a single deviceClass using all available disks on the node.
