RoleBinding in OpenShift Container Platform 4 - Developer Console is dropping all subjects when editing

Issue

  • While editing permissions, using the Project Access tab in the Project view of the Developer Dashboard, all other subject excepting the one to be edited are being deleted.
  • RoleBinding in Developer Console is dropping all subjects when editing.
