Unable to generate SVG of bpmn in VS Code, "EINVAL: invalid argument, mkdir c:\Program Files\Microsoft VS Code\c:..."

Issue

There is a BPMN file created in PAM Business Central. The project is cloned to the local and updated the process diagram using VS Code. Clicking on the "SVG" button on the top right of VS Code, it gets an error "EINVAL: invalid argument, mkdir c:...". Trying to open VS Code as Administrator, the error still persists and the SVG of the business process is unable to generate.
