[RFE] - Need corrections in the output when content hosts are unable to enable repositories

Issue

• Following error is observed while enabling the repository in the content host if the subscription that provides this repository is not consumed by the content host but is a part of the manifest:

  Error: 'rhel-7-server-devtools-rpms' does not match a valid repository ID. Use "subscription-manager repos --list" to see valid repositories
