ServiceAccount is unable to get resources from another Namespace

Issue

• Cannot deploy the application due to the error message below:

User "system:serviceaccount:example-nonprod:example-follower" cannot get resource "pods" in API group "" in the namespace "devops-test-nonprod"

• Need to know the way to map ServiceAccount to access resources from other namespaces.
