LVM is not able to detect Veritas DMP devices

Issue

• When Veritas DMP (VxDMP) devices are present on the server, LVM does not pickup the `LVM information from them.
• The LVM signature on VxDMP devices is listed in the output of blkid, but LVM fails to scan these devices.
