Disable RHV graphical console access to Windows VM with vGPU attached
Issue
- On a Linux or Windows virtual machine (VM) with a vGPU attached, it is possible to view a user’s desktop using the RHV graphical console.
- When using GPU pass-through instead of vGPUs, it is not possible to view a user’s desktop using the RHV graphical console.
- Can access to the virtual machine desktop through the RHV graphical console be disabled, while retaining console access through the vGPU device?
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) 4.4
- NVIDIA vGPU-capable GPUs
