Oracle instance does not start up after a SGA pool size increase, returning the ENOSPC error code
Issue
- Oracle instance does not start up if SGA pool size is increased more than a certain limit in the system, and logs are showing the following (similar) message:

fix shm parameters in /etc/system or equivalent
