Using secrets as env variables in DeploymentConfigs do not display its value in Web Console

Issue

• Environment variables linked to secrets do not display it's value under Environment tab after creating a DeploymentConfig resource
• Single value environment variables under Environment tab are defined in DeploymentConfig yaml but it's value is shown as Select a key
• The environment variable value that consumes the secret key defined for a container is displayed as Select a key under DeploymentConfig details Environment tab
