Kdump hangs with the message like `Waiting on N sda-like device(s)` with hpsa driver installed.
Issue
- Kdump is not able to dump vmcore and is stuck flashing the message:
Waiting on 2 sda-like device(s)

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4
- Smart Array G6 controllers
- ProLiant DL580 G7
- kmod-hpsa-3.4.2-4.rhel6u4.x86_64
- hpsa/cciss module installed
