MicroFocus COBOL installation fails on Red Hat Storage clients.
Unable to install MicroFocus COBOL on Red Hat Storage client mounts, but the installer is working fine on NFS or ext4 filesystems.
MicroFocus COBOL installation works fine when mounting the Red Hat Storage client mounts with option 'enable-ino32'
MicroFocus COBOL installation fails with below message.

   cobgetmsg: Can not find message file install.lng
