  • Instead of renewing RHEL workstation, I purchased a new RHEL Desktop subscription. Is it possible to change the subscription?

Resolution

  • An exchange for a subscription is not possible, but a refund can be issued for an incorrectly purchased subscription or subscription renewal.

  • Purchase the correct subscription (new or renewal)

  • Once the new purchase is completed, make a request to Red Hat Customer Service to update the subscription. Accordingly, the subscription will be updated and payment for the unwanted subscription can be refunded.
