Cannot access RHEV after successful installation, getting 503 error "Service Temporarily Unavailable"

Issue

  • Cannot access RHEV Landing Page after brand new installation of rhevm-setup, getting 503 error "Service Temporarily Unavailable",
  • Installation reported "Execution of setup completed successfully", no errors printed to the screen.
  • No errors on the installation log.
  • Goign through installation process printout, there a following Warning:
    [WARNING] Failed to modify httpd selinux context, please make sure httpd_can_network_connect is set.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.3
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.5
