"Only TCP LoadBalancer is supported for OpenStack load balancers'' error in RHOCP 4 running on RHOSP
Issue
When the command to create a service with type LoadBalancer and protocol UDP is run, the following error inside the kube-controller-manager container logs is displayed, as the service can not be created:
failed to ensure load balancer: only TCP LoadBalancer is supported for OpenStack load balancers
Service can not be created.
