It not possible to create a new NFS export or iso domains for NFSv4
Issue
It is not possible to create new NFS export/iso storage domain (SD) for NFS version 4. When the NFS version is set to NFSv4 in the Advanced parameters of a SD which is being created, the storage domain is created for NFSv3 anyway.
