Recovery of Certificates Fail With "Enrollment of smart card failed. Error: The Smart Card Server cannot import the required certificates into your smart card." in Red Hat Certificate System 8.1
Issue
- Using external registration cannot successfully recover two encryption certificates during a new enrollment.
- Create a registration with the "certsToAdd" attribute configured to recover two revoked encryption certificates.
certsToAdd: 1200341,ca1,142,drm1
certsToAdd: 1200348,ca1,144,drm1
- Enroll a token using the registration created above and the userKey token profile.
- Should create three new certificates (identity, signing, and encryption) as well as recover the two encryption certificates listed above.
- ESC returns the following message: "Enrollment of smart card failed. Error: The Smart Card Server cannot import the required certificates into your smart card."
