• Getting a Failed to pull image "registry.redhat.io/redhat/community-operator-index:v4.8" error from the community-operators pod
• Getting a Failed to pull image "registry.redhat.io/redhat/certified-operator-index:v4.8" error from the certified-operators pod
• The pull is failing when attempting to preform a GET request to quayio-production-s3.s3.amazonaws.com
