"network not found" error when creating a cluster on vSphere in RHACM

Issue

  • When trying to install an OpenShift Container Platform cluster using Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) the installation fails with the following error message:

    Error: error fetching network: network 'Example_10.140.50.0/24' not found
