Port 50936 used by haproxy is taken by the kube-apiserver
Issue
- haproxy is in a CrashLoopBackoff and will not start
- haproxy logs show
Starting proxy health_check_http_url: cannot bind socket [:::50936] - netstat on the server shows kube-apiserver bound to that port
