How can I change the CPU and memory requests for the different OpenShift Container Storage components in OpenShift 4?

Issue

Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage 4.5 services consist of an initial set of base services, followed by additional device sets. All of these OpenShift Container Storage services pods are scheduled by kubernetes on OpenShift Container Platform nodes and a set of required resources described in the documentation need to be available to deploy and use the product with described capabilities.

It's not documented how to manage and set resource utilization (CPU and MEM) per component.
