How can I configure dhcp client to renew lease at certain period?

Issue

System running RHEL as dhcp client
System running Windows 2008 as DNS servers with scavenging enabled.
Windows DNS are scavenging DDNS entries older than 14 days. This means that the DDNS records created by my Redhat boxes are deleted.
