How to eject the CD of a running VM from the command line

Issue

• In a RHV environment, a VM is running with a CDROM connected, but the ISO image no longer exists. This causes that the live migrations fail.
• The administration portal doesn't show any CD connected, so we cannot remove it using the GUI.
